Positioning a terraced scheme

Positioning a terraced scheme

Selling the view, not the plot line — how terracing holds pricing across a slope.

A slope is usually treated as a cost. On a terraced scheme it's the asset — stepping the blocks so each row clears the roofline of the one below is what keeps the view, and the pricing, across the whole site rather than only the top floor.

So the positioning sells the outlook, not the plot line. When every unit keeps a private terrace and an open view, the premium spreads through the scheme instead of concentrating at the top.
