Who we are
Relevant is a multi-disciplinary group based in Tbilisi, working across real estate, development, marketing and consulting. When you send an enquiry through relevant.ge, we are the ones who decide what happens to the details you give us — which makes us the controller of that data.

What this notice covers
This notice covers relevant.ge in both English and Georgian, including the enquiry form that appears at the foot of every page.
It does not cover sites we link to. Our property platform, our social profiles and any partner or developer site each run under their own terms — once you follow a link, you are reading someone else's policy.

What we collect
Almost everything we hold about you, you typed yourself. The enquiry form asks for a first name and an email address, and offers last name, company, phone, what best describes you, and a message. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything.
Our servers also keep the ordinary technical records any website keeps: the address a request came from, the page it asked for, the time, and the browser that sent it. We do not use these to build a profile of you. They exist so the site can be kept running and defended against abuse.

Our legal basis
Two things allow us to hold your details.
The first is your consent. The enquiry form does not send until you tick the box, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@relevant.ge. Withdrawing it stops any future use; it cannot undo a reply we have already sent.
The second is our own legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering the people who ask us questions. That is what covers the server logs and the record that an enquiry existed at all.

Who else handles it
We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
A small number of suppliers process it on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only: the provider that hosts the site, the provider that stores the enquiry, and the providers that deliver our notification and carry our reply. Their servers sit outside Georgia, so your details are transferred abroad in the ordinary course of using them.
Beyond that, we disclose data only where the law requires it.

Your rights
Georgian data protection law gives you the following. Ask for any of them at info@relevant.ge and we will answer within one month.
- Access
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correction
- Tell us what is wrong, and we will fix it.
- Deletion
- Ask us to erase your details. We will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Blocking
- Have us stop using your details while a dispute about them is settled.
- Withdrawing consent
- Change your mind, at any time, without giving a reason.
- Portability
- Receive what you gave us in a machine-readable file.
- Complaint
- If our answer does not satisfy you, take it to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Keeping it safe
Enquiries are stored in a database no browser can reach: the site reads and writes it from the server, and the credentials that allow that never leave the server. The panel where our team reads enquiries sits behind a password and a rate limit. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever put your data at real risk, we would tell you and the supervisory authority.

Changes, and how to reach us
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the version on this page is always the current one. A change that materially affects what we do with your data will be announced on the site rather than made quietly.
