AD IT is looking for an experienced graphic designer to join the company's creative team and work on creating and developing visual communication for brands across different sectors.

For this role, technical command of the relevant software matters as much as strong visual taste, knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt to different brand styles.

Main duties

  • Creating visual content for social media: posts, Stories, carousels and other digital formats
  • Preparing visual materials for advertising campaigns
  • Creating and developing designs in line with each brand's visual style
  • Developing key visuals and the main visual direction of campaigns
  • Adapting existing designs to different digital formats
  • Preparing print and presentation materials when needed
  • Working with the creative and marketing teams on campaign and content planning
  • Working on several projects at once and meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in graphic design
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • A good command of composition, typography and colour theory
  • Knowledge of current design trends and the specifics of digital communication
  • Experience creating visual materials for social media and digital advertising
  • The ability to work with and adapt to different brands' visual styles
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • The ability to plan work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work in a team and take professional feedback

Knowledge of Figma, Adobe After Effects, motion design and AI-based design tools is an advantage.
