Didi Dighomi Tower

A vertical mixed-use scheme on a corner plot in Didi Dighomi: two retail levels, four office floors, and sixteen residential floors above them.

Stacking three uses in one core is a scheduling problem as much as a design one — the retail has to be able to trade before the residential floors are finished. The phasing plan was built around that constraint from the first drawings.

We advised on the use split, the release phasing and the pricing ladder applied across the residential floors.
