Digomi Land Assembly

Five adjacent plots were assembled into a single developable parcel, then repositioned for a mixed-use scheme.

The value came from resolving the boundary and access constraints that had kept the plots trading at a discount. Individually none of them had road frontage worth building against; combined, they did — and that single fact is most of the uplift.

We handled the acquisition analysis, the assembly sequencing and the exit strategy.
