A partner development of 84 residential units across nine floors, positioned on a quiet street in Vake. The brief was to hold a premium finish standard while keeping the unit mix broad enough to serve both end-buyers and investors.
The mix runs from compact 48 m² one-bedrooms through to 140 m² family layouts on the upper floors. That spread was a deliberate pricing decision: the smaller units carry the early absorption, the larger ones carry the margin.
